Bicentennial Man (1999) - Andrew Martin (Robin Williams) screen worn, custom-made Anto of Beverly Hills brown collared dress shirt made with velcro instead of buttons. Includes his initials and May 1999 sewn into the inside tag. This was worn by Academy Award® winner Robin Williams in his unforgettable role as Andrew Martin, the NDR-114 robot who journeys to become human.

The "Robotic" Velcro Modification: To seamlessly accommodate and fit over Robin Williams’ bulky, complex robotic body prosthetics during filming, the wardrobe department utilized genius practical effects engineering. This shirt features a custom-built, hidden Velcro closure system disguised beneath faux buttons, allowing for quick wardrobe changes and a precise fit over the mechanical suit.

Created by the legendary Hollywood shirtmaker Anto of Beverly Hills.

The inside collar tag features beautifully stitched, personalized production detailing: "R.W." (Robin Williams) and "May 1999", verifying its exact authenticity and filming timeline.

This is featured on-screen during one of the most pivotal emotional high points of the entire film. This specific shirt was worn by Williams during the groundbreaking scene where Andrew experiences a human kiss for the very first time with Portia / Little Miss (Embeth Davidtz), a defining milestone in his 200-year quest for humanity.
