The Signature Jazz Guitar Pickup! "S" series pickups are voiced to mirror the balance, warmth and richness of a fine acoustic archtop guitar.
Each pickup is a sealed humbucker with an Alnico 5 bar magnet, 2-conductor wire, and a mounting tab for attachment beneath a pickguard — no guitar top routing is needed!
#3562 S-6 model (for 6-string guitar) is 9.5K ohms, dimensions are 7/16" x 1-1/16" x 2-5/8", not including mounting tab. Wiring diagram included.
Handmade by Seymour Duncan, these are among the pickups installed in the highly regarded archtop guitars of renowned luthier Robert Benedetto. Benedetto pickups are the choice of jazz guitarists Jimmy Bruno, Howard Alden, Frank Vignola, Bucky Pizzarelli, Kenny Burrell, Andy Summers, and many others.
