Beautiful authentic Northern Plains Indian pewter inlaid catlinite pipe with carved and filed wood stem, off center smoking hole drilled in stem, appears circa 1880s-1890s in overall good condition; pipe is in classic“L” shape with dimensions of 4” from top of bowl to bottom of base, 6” from front of pipe to rear where stem attaches and a 1-1/2” diameter to the pipe; great patina and some slight scratching; stem also shows a darkpatina; from an old estate and per consignor, may have been obtained in the late 1940’s from the Los Angeles Southwest Museum; a really nice piece! Est.: $600-$1,200.

Buyer pays all cost of materials, handling, packing etc. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries.
