1. All bidders must register at Auction office prior to purchasing.

3. The Auction reserves the right to refuse any applicant for a bidding card, the privilege of bidding at the Auction Sale, and to revoke such privilege at any time.

8. All goods are available for inspection before the sale and each purchaser shall be held to have satisfied themselves as to identity, authenticity, and condition, and shall not be permitted to make any objection after the sale on any ground whatsoever.
9. All goods must be paid for and removed from this Auction sale site the day of the sale.
10. Goods left on the Auction site may, at the option of the Auction, become liable for storage charges and any goods so stored may after notice to the purchaser be resold and any deficiency charged to the purchaser.
11. When an item is sold, it immediately becomes the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
