Banjo Clock, 1820's-1840's - Weight driven banjo clock with large eagle finial, reverse painted glass with nautical theme, boats with people. Throat glass has gold gilt, flowers and urns, with rope twist decor. Handwritten note inside clock: Purchase November 9, 1990 from William Mathers in Vermont through H.T. Nilson for the sum of $875.00 with award money for AIAC Manager of the year 1989 .
