Main Description: This Bofors is able to be purchased under the Canadian Controlled Goods Program, Item 2-2. If you don’t have a Controlled Goods Program license and would like this item deactivated, it can be done before pick-up. Seller will deactivate at their expense once sold prior to buyer's possession. When deactivated there will be welds on the breech ring and breech block and metal rods through the barrel. Barrel marked with a Crown GVI RI QF 40MM MKI, JMI 1941 with Broad arrow and other markings. Rest of Carriage and Gun have ODG Painted finish, bronze clip guide with steel cover, black polymer seat, has a generator which requires work to run, has 2 new modern batteries with kill switch, Consignor states: Traverse and elevation systems / heads-up display / electrical systems all operate correctly, levelling jacks function, has original tires in excellent shape, converted in the 1950's to current model, various English and Foreign markings on parts.
