If your the high bidder you get charged for the actual 10 units, the other 90 got to pass out. You only pay for your pre notified quantities

INDIVIDUAL LOT SESSIONS: Please note, there are 100's of lots to be uploaded. Bidders may bid on any lot at any time! Lot bids are being taken during the bulk bid session, and the loading of lots.
*** NEW-PASSOUT OPTION *** Notice to all individual lot bidders: If the bidder does NOT want to bid on the entire quantity shown on the bidding platform (wants a lessor quantity or MBQ (minimum bid quantity) he may bid, and notify the auction company via email the requested quantity. Then the auction company will "pass out" the remaining inventory. With the bidding history of each bidder and lot in our state of the art bidding system, the auction company will simply go to the back bidder, the next back bidder and so on, until the total inventory is gone.
** For example ** "Bidder ABC" wants to bid on lot #500 showing 1,000 screwdrivers, and bidder ABC only wants 100. That's okay, bid. Bidder ABC will email the auction co. his requested quantity, and pay for the 100 units at the final bid. The system will reflect the original 1,000 units, ABC only pays for the 100 units. The bidder will NOT pay for the 1,000 shown, only the amount requested. If ABC is bidding on the entire quantity, no need to notify auction company. This reflects a real location auction method. The auctioneer, sells to the high bidder. If the high bidder takes, a partial (not all), then the rest is offered to the "back up " bidders, or "any one else" (AKA "Pass 0ut") until gone. Same principal for this auction. The top bidder emails the auction company that he only wants 100. Then, the balance of the 900 units will be offered to the back bidder, and the runner up bidders at the current bid. Runner up bidder’s lower bid will be considered if the quantities are larger than the original high bidders quantities.
All wholesalers, retailers, and resellers must present tax numbers and business credentials, prior to bidding. All others will pay sales tax on all buys.

BULK BID SESSION:
SESSION #1 - BULK BID ENTIRE INVENTORY: Bidder(s) bid on the entire inventory. Timed internet auction period (see web site). The final bid will be presented to the seller. Seller reserves the right to accept or refuse the final bid. In the event the seller accepts the bid, the auction is concluded. In the event the bid is rejected (temp), auction will proceed to be sold in lots, or piecemeal lots.
INDIVIDUAL LOT SALE:
SESSION #2 - Entire inventory will be offered in lots. Buyers will be bidding on individual items and lots. At the end of session #2, all lots sales will be added, for a grand total sales amount. In the event the amount exceeds Session #1, the inventory will be sold in Session #2. In the event the grand total in Session #2 is less than Session #1, inventory will be sold "bulk " in session #1.
THERE WILL BE NO RE-OFFERS!
Full payment via bank wire, letter of credit, credit card (3% additional buyer's premium) must be paid to auction company by the following business day by 1 PM.
Credit Cards submitted for online bidding approval will be held until replacement payment is received, or submitted for payment.
Do not bid unless you have the funds to pay.
In the event of non payment by buyer and / or buyer default, buyer will responsible for buyer's premium, any and all legal fees, resale fees, or other fees whatsoever. The lot(s) will be resold, original buyer will assume the liability of any and all loses, or any shortfall of original selling price.

All inventory is sold - FOB Indiana. NO FREE FREIGHT. Buyers can pick up at designated shipping and receiving, by appointment. Seller will stage, palletize, "to the door". Unless buyer is present at shipping, goods will be shipped with a "shippers count".
Buyer(s) agree to hold harmless Loomis Auctioneers of any and all liability whatsoever. To include, but not limited to, product liability, product negligence, product quality, or any related claims, whatsoever.
Loomis Auctioneers assume no liability of shipping, shipper counts, inventory quality, whatsoever.
SHORTAGES: Buyer will only pay for actual counts shipped. In the event of a count shortage of original purchase, buyer will be reimbursed for the shortage, at staging of the order for shipping. Buyer(s) are welcome to be present at shipping to double check counts. If not, shippers count will stand as final count to buyer. Buyer will not, and can not claim any shortages, whatsoever, at receiving.
Buyer(s) agrees that Loomis Auctioneers Inc. and its staff is acting as auction company, only. Buyer(s) agree to hold Loomis Auctioneers Inc. and it staff harmless of any and all liability, whatsoever.
Loomis Auctioneers Inc. agrees to hold all buyer(s) information, bids, communications, business names, financial information, strictly confidential. All information, email communication, written or verbal between buyer(s) and auction company, is held strictly confidential.
Loomis Auctioneers Inc. will not share, or disclose buyer(s) information, bids, or any confidential information, to any other buyer, or third party, whatsoever.
Loomis Auctioneers reserve the right to refuse any and all bids, for any reason, whatsoever.
Loomis Auctioneers Inc. recommends placing your maximum bid early. Loomis Auctioneers highly suggests, DO NOT wait until the final minutes or seconds to place you maximum bid. Buyer risks being "shut out" due to timing out, other bids, tech issues, etc..
BUYERS NOTE: in the event last minute bids are entered on any lot within the last 15 minutes of the bidding session, the bidding will be extended for an additional 15 minutes, one time. This will be known, as an auctioneer’s “LAST CALL” This will prevent any unfair bidding practices, of bidders bidding in final seconds.
PLEASE NOTE: When a buyer submits a max bid, that bid is confidential, only known by the bidder. The max bid is not known unless another bidder bids, to raise the bid. Even the auction company does not have access to the max bid. For example, if you bid $10.00 on a lot, and the current bid is only $2.00, your max mid will only go to $3.00 as the high bid. (The $10.00 is not revealed, until or if, the bid goes higher). You are also protected in the final seconds, if the competing bidder tries to bid in the last second. The system will protect your max bid, unless the competing bidder would place a higher bid, than the $10.00.
Buyer(s) agree to hold Loomis Auctioneers Inc. harmless of any and all liability, regarding any technical issues, of Live Auction World online internet bidding system, system malfunctions, delayed or timed out internet items, beyond the auction company's control.
