BEAUTIFUL CASED SET OF RENAISSANCE ENGRAVED
BELGIAN BROWNING HI-POWER, MODEL 1910, & BABY MODEL SEMI-AUTOMATIC PISTOLS.
1) BROWNING HI-POWER SEMI-AUTOMATIC PISTOL. Cal. 9mm Luger. S# T213892. Bbl 4 5/8". Left side of slide is stamped "BROWNING ARMS COMPANY/ MADE IN BELGIUM". Frame and slide exhibit full coverage deep cut vine and floral panel engraving, with metal components exhibiting a French gray finish, and the trigger being gold plated. Frame is mounted with 2 piece smooth synthetic pearl grips. CONDITION: excellent, with metal components exhibiting few minor superficial marks from handling and storage overall. Brilliant mirror bore, exhibiting well defined rifling throughout. Right grip panel exhibits some yellowing, but grips otherwise are excellent overall. (23-1631/MLW).
2) BROWNING MODEL 1955 SEMI-AUTOMATIC PISTOL. Cal. 9mm Luger. S# 611366. Bbl 3 3/8". Left side of slide is stamped "BROWNING ARMS COMPANY/ MADE IN BELGIUM". Frame and slide exhibit full coverage deep cut vine and floral engraving. French gray finish with gold plated trigger. Frame is mounted with 2 piece smooth synthetic pearl grips. CONDITION: excellent, with metal components exhibiting few superficial marks from handling and storage overall. Brilliant mirror bore, exhibiting well defined rifling throughout. Grips exhibit what appears to be some bubbling beneath the surface, but are otherwise excellent. (23-1632/MLW).
3) BABY BROWNING SEMI-AUTOMATIC PISTOL. Cal. 6.35mm. S# 384726. Bbl 2 1/8". Left side of slide is engraved "BROWNING ARMS COMPANY/ MADE IN BELGIUM". Frame and slide exhibit full coverage deep cut vine and floral engraving. French gray finish with gold plated trigger. Frame is mounted with 2 piece smooth synthetic pearl grips. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: factory black leatherette display case featuring a red velvet lining, as well as a photo board from the Virginia Plak Company of New York, NY. CONDITION: excellent, with metal components exhibiting few light superficial marks from storage and handling. Brilliant mirror bore, exhibiting well defined rifling throughout. Grips are excellent overall. Case is near excellent, with a few superficial marks from handlinga nd storage. Picture board exhibits some scattered marks from handling and storage, some separation of the protective filament over the photo, some mild staining on the rear, but otherwise present nicely overall.
