B. Searcy & Company reinforced double side lock ejector rifle in unique stainless steel construction, .470 Nitro express caliber, finely ornate scroll engraved with gold inlays of African male lion on left sideplate and trophy size bull elephant on bottom of frame with scene of lion pride on right side lock. The rifle is stocked in select burled walnut that is nicely formed with a right-hand Monte Carlo style cheek piece anda fancy pattern in the checkering. The rifle shows an engraved steel matching pistol grip cap. The quality is excellent and finest attention to detail throughout is shown. The barrels are 26” in length and are ported toreduce recoil with African raised rib and V notch iron rear sight along with changeable front sight. The rifle is contained within a high-quality oak and leather covered box with velvet interior showing makers label. Thisunique rifle was made by B. Searcy in Boron, California and is serial number 2.
