Antique copy of an Enfield percussion rifle, possibly of Confederate manufacture, .60 cal., 33” round barrel with bayonet lug on right side and British proofs, wood stock, sling swivels, iron ramrod, brass triggerguard, butt plate and fore end cap; #24 (twice) on left side of barrel at breech and marked at the top of the barrel near the breech with a star over TC. This gun is in overall good to very good condition showing a dark patina on metal surfaces, no markings on the lockplate, light engraving to the top of the hammer, good action, dark bore, overall good wood stock; deserves further research; may be a real sleeper!
