Antique Japanese Two Faced Cane
This ivory cane of the Two Faced Man was brought back by a GI of the 164th Infantry Regiment of North Dakota. It was the first army unit to take action at the Guadalcanal and throughout the Pacific.

After the war, the regiment was stationed near the Japanese Military school west of Tokyo as the occupying force. They sent back "war souvenirs", home, to North Dakota. The most famous, was the effigy of the legendary Japanese General Kusunoki Masashige. The cane is thought to have been acquired from the same area.

The cane measures approximately 3 feet in length.
