Manufactured in 1893. The top of the barrel is marked with the one line block letter address, the left side is marked "32 W.C.F." and the left side of the frame is marked with the two line, three patent dates followed by the circled Rampant Colt. The matching serial number is marked on the frame, trigger guard and back strap. The loading gate is marked with the assembly number "778". Standard blade front and frame notch rear sights, all nickel finish and fitted with checkered hard rubber grips with the Rampant Colt in an oval at the top, marked "8831" on the inside of each panel. The accompanying factory letter verifies the 32/20 caliber, barrel length, blue finish, grips as "Not Listed" and that it was shipped as 1 to Simmons Hardware Co. St. Louis, Mo. on November 13, 1893.

Condition: Fair. Partially refinished, the cylinder which now has a brownish gray patina, as do the remaining metal surfaces with some scattered traces of original blue finish and some minor scattered pitting. The left forward frame has been nicked next to the cylinder pin head. The grips are good with moderate wear and a few minor dings and handling marks. The markings are clear. The action is fine.
