All buyers must pay on auction day at pick up. Call in credit card, or bank wire. No extensions. No shipping available. This is the only pick up time for this auction. Do not bid if you can not pick up. There is a $50.00 open up fee to any and all bidders if appointment needs to be made to pick up. No exceptions.
PAYMENT:
Your credit card used to register, does not apply to paying your invoice. All bidders must pay for all items (invoice) in full within 24 hours of conclusion of auction. There is no flexibility for late payment or non payment. Even if you abandon the goods, you are legally liable for the invoice. We will aggressively pursue any and all non payments, regardless how low the amount.
PAYMENT METHOD:
Call in your credit card, payment at pick up. Credit card, cash, money wire, local checks with a credit card back up. No out of state or region checks.
NOTICE:
All items must be picked up and paid in full on the above days. Any late pick ups and payments are subject to a $50.00 open fee. No load assistance. Do not bid if you do not have the ability or intentions of paying. All non paying bidders including abandonment of purchases are subject to legal collections that will be aggressively pursued. Auction company reserves the right to implement a one time, 15 minute bidding time extension, in the event a bidder attempts to place last minutes, or seconds, bids. Thus, creating unfair "closeout " or counter bid time, to other bidders. This will be know as one time added time of reconsideration, or FINAL LAST CALL, of an additional 15 final minutes. In the event there are no last minute or seconds bid on the original countdown time, bidding will close as advertised. OVERTIME, AND LAST MINUTE BIDDING EXTENSION MAY APPLY (EXTENSIONS BY VARY AUCTION TO AUCTION.) All bidders understand, agree, and consent these terms, and hold Loomis Auctioneers harmless of any liability or claims, whatsoever.
All auction items are sold AS IS, no returns, arbitration, negotiations, or refusals after auctioneer says “SOLD” and you are the successful bidder.

By registration for a buyer’s number, you agree to “Hold Harmless” Loomis Group Auctioneers, LLC. and it’s staff, directly or indirectly, of any claims, liability, or representation of any lot item, or real estate in the auction.

In the event of non payment, bad check, or fraudulent payment of any kind, buyer agrees for Loomis Auctioneers to file a confession of judgment, and collect all damages. Not only limited to cost of goods, in addition to, but not limited to legal and collections fees, court costs and recovery fee. In the event the said purchases must be resold, the original buyer will responsible for the loss or shortfall, and all expenses associated to the second sale of the goods. Original buyers “holds harmless” Loomis Auctioneers and it staff from any and all liability, whatsoever.
A Buyer's Premium of 10%, more or less, is added to all final bids.

Buyer’s Premiums are nonrefundable.
By bidding, each bidder acknowledges and agrees that such bidder has had a full and fair opportunity to inspect the items offered for sale, and is relying solely on the bidder's inspection and investigation. Any merchandise or lots remaining after the auction will be considered abandoned and owner will lose all rights and title to the merchandise, unless agreed arrangements are made with owner or auction company. If merchandise is or is not paid for, abandoned by bidder / buyer. The buyer /bidder will be responsible for, but not limited to amount bid, collections, fees, legal fees, labor, and disposal fees. There are no rights of abandonment, whatsoever.
In the event of a NFS check, stop payment check, or any non sufficient or fraudulent non payment of any kind. Buyer irrevocably authorizes any attorney in any court of competent jurisdiction to confess a judgment without process in favor of Loomis Group Auctioneers for such amount as many then appear unpaid herein, and to consent immediate execution upon such judgment. Not only limited to cost of goods, in addition to, but not limited to all fees, commissions, buyer fees, court cost, legal fees, and hourly in house fees by auction company. Buyer “holds harmless” Loomis Auctioneers, and staff of all liability, whatsoever.In the event of NFS check, stop payment check, or any non sufficient or fraudulent non payment of any kind.
