Should a bird be sick or unable to be sold at auction for any reason deemed appropriate by the auctioneer, that bird will be removed from the auction and replaced by a suitable substitute at the exclusive discretion of the auctioneer.

Buyer pays all shipping charges from Cleveland, OH. All shipping charges will be added to the invoice, and must be paid in full before the pigeon can be shipped to the buyer.
1 BIRD = $50
2 BIRD = $75
3-4 BIRD = $100
5+ BIRDS = $25 PER BIRD

Cash, local check or credit card only. All credit card charges will incur a 2.5% accounting fee in addition to all other charges.

All pigeons won during the auction by bidders present in the auction hall will have to be paid in full prior to removal from the auction hall. All internet bidders who win pigeons during the auction will have to pay for the bird by credit card, check or cashier's check before the bird will be shipped out. If a personal check is used, it must clear the bank before a bird will be shipped out. A 2.5% accounting fee will be added to all credit card charges.
