A coat of riveted Indian chainmail for a horseman. Three-quarter length sleeves, thigh length slit in the back for a horseman. Retains its original braided collar and laces. Both sleeves also retain their original braided cuffs. These shirts rarely survive with their leather intact. Comes with mannequin. 18th century. Some losses throughout. Est.: $1,750-$2,000.
