A Beautiful 19th Century oil Painting, This Painting was inspired by a 16th century Famous painting named " A Portrait of a Woman" The original Is displayed in the Dossa Dossi Room at the Galleria Degli Uffizi in Florence Italy. The best guess who painted this portrait is Fra Luigi di Buono, since there is no apparent signature. He was a famous copyist at this time who made Paintings for wealthy families of the time that resembled the paintings hung in Castles and palaces. A master in his own right, there is a lot of information out there about him and anyone interested in this painting should look him up online He is the most probable Artist for this painting since he made several renditions of this woman with very minor changes. The painting itself is in fair condition and can be enjoyed and hung as it is, it has some scratches and marks, the wood frame is terrible condition and I'm sure was not the original and the canvas should be re hung professionally but can be hung on a wall as is and enjoyed.

The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any lot at any time prior to the time of sale of such lot.
The auctioneer reserves the right not to accept any bid which is only a partial advance over the preceding bid. The auctioneer may break down or consolidate any lot or lots at his sole discretion.
Finns Auction House assumes no responsibility for any liability once a bid is accepted.

The purchaser is not entitled to possession until all items have been paid for in full. In the event that the purchase prices are not paid within the prescribed time, the auctioneer shall have the right to resell such items in whatever manner he sees fit without notice to the purchaser.
All costs and responsibilities of removal shall be borne by the purchaser/bidder within the time prescribed by the auctioneer. The purchaser/bidder here by indemnifies the auctioneer and the vendor against any and all damages arising from the dismantling and removal of any lots.
Any lots not removed within the prescribed time shall be deemed as abandoned. The auctioneer shall have the right to resell or dispose of such items in whatever manner hes sees fit without notice to the purchaser.
If for any reason, Finns Auction House is unable to deliver any or all of an awarded lot or title thereof, the sole liability of Finns Auction House shall be the refund of any monies paid on the lot.
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to remove their items within the prescribed time.
