Farm: This farm is located 1 ½ miles north and 2 miles west of Covington, OK. According to the Garfield County FSA Office there are 76.4 cultivated acres with a full wheat base and a 34 bushel per acre yield. The soil types are: Bethany silt loam, Class I; Kirkland silt loam, Classes II & III; and a small amount of Renfrow Vernon complex, Class IV. This farm is located in an area that is well known for wheat production, livestock gains, and it is close to grain and livestock terminals. This farm has been well taken care of. The sellers 1/3rd share of the 2007 wheat crop and FSA payments for same will transfer with the farm.

A 10% down payment will be required from any winning bidder, immediately following the auction event. These funds shall be wire transferred to Wiggins Auctioneers Trust Account at the Central National Bank and Trust Company in Enid, OK. Wire transfer information, routing numbers and details will be given to the winning bidder immediately following the auction event. Buyer shall provide the balance of the full purchase price and Seller shall provide merchantable title to the Buyer at the time of closing, within approximately 30 days, according to the Terms and Conditions of the purchase contract.
