Shipping Details:
1. Payment is due day of sale. Acceptable payment is Cash, Cashier’s Check, Visa Card or local personal checks - if buyer is known to Company.
2. Shipping: Notify company within 48 hours if items are to be shipped or picked up. If pick up is not completed within 7 days from date and time of purchase or the merchandise is returned to Seller.
4. Buyer pays UPS directly for all shipping, handling ($5.00), and insurance. Call UPS Store 347 at (307) 382-8228 - ask for Leslie, Auction POC (Point of Contact).
Payment Details:
1. Buyers who pay via cashier's check must have on file an irrevocable bank letter of guarantee, signed by a bank trustee and received by company no later than the Thursday preceding auction day for varification.
2. Wire Transfers must be received in the Great Western Auctions, LLC Trust Account NLT 24 hours before day of auction. Buyer pays transfer fee "in coming" and return if required. See our web site for all information and respective forms.
When registrating via the NAALive form the bidder is acknowledging they agree to the local bidding agreement, below.
By registering, I understand that all items are offered for sale and agree to the following terms and conditions: (1) to hold Great Western Auctions, LLC, henceforth Company and contracted personnel harmless from and against any and all claims, suits, judgments, or loss of any kind, whatsoever. (2) that Company is acting as Seller’s agent only and is not responsible for actions of the Seller. (3) to register with a current valid photo driver’s license not later than day of sale (4) that all sale day announcements take precedent over any previous distributed media material (5) all items are sold “as is where is” with all faults including but not limited to, i.e. govt. regulations, finance able, description, etc. (6) merchantable title & responsibility for purchase passes when the auctioneer says, “sold.” (7) bid solely on my opinion, examination, and knowledge of the item being sold (8) all sales are final, no refunds, exchanges or refusals.
