1972 Chris Craft Estate Boat w/ Report of Survey - Located at Port Moody REID POINTE Marina. Moorage is pre paid until March 2024. We were told 500 hours on one motor approx.1200 on the other.

Well maintained yacht, plugged in and Moored in a covered Slip. A mechanic from Coal Harbor inspected the boat, and based on his expert assessment, he concluded that the engine contains aged fuel due to the boat sitting for more than a year. It will need some new fuel and might require some minor maintenance work as well.

Other than some dust, and a good cleaning, this Super Yacht is ready for some great boating with low engine hours. The awesome teak interior and exterior will need some redoing, a broom and a hose will be all you need for the time being.
