Subsequent owners were Federal Grain Ltd., Searle, and Alberta Wheat Pool. It had capacity to store 30,000 bushels. The "balloon access" which was built 35 years later, could hold an additional 30,000 bushels. In 1972 the Alberta Wheat Pool purchased both. The elevators burned in Stony Plain in the 1980's.
