PAYMENT
First-Choice Auctions Ltd. will send notification to highest bidder within 48 hours of end of sale. If a dispute about highest bid arises between bidders or validity of bid, First-Choice Auctions Ltd. has sole discretion during auction, or after sale. First-Choice Auctions Ltd. sales records are conclusive.
Credit cards on file will be charged upon conclusion of each auction.
By bidding you authorize First-Choice Auctions Ltd. or affiliated company to charge your credit card the full amount owing. This includes item/items final purchase price, shipping, insurance, postage, delivery costs, etc.
Title to, and risk for, the goods passes to the purchaser upon payment to First-Choice Auctions Ltd. All bought items must be paid in full before removal from the premises.
Items not paid in full, claimed, or picked up within 7 days of the conclusion of sale will be considered abandoned. The buyer forfeits all money paid and or the goods to First-Choice Auctions Ltd. to cover cost of advertising, handling and storage.
BUYER PREMIUM
Auction items purchased will have a buyers fee of 15% + applicable tax. This fee is added on to each item purchased.
All registered bidders must be of legal age of majority in country, province, territory or state they reside. All participants must register prior to making a bid. A credit card is required to register.
An auction Item may have a reserve as determined by seller or auction.
First-Choice Auctions Ltd. reserves the right to remove/add items/and or lots at any time. First-Choice Auctions Ltd. may change wording/fix typo’s/add or remove pictures to ensure accuracy of items. In the case where a description does not match the lot picture, the description takes precedence.
All goods are sold on an “As Is, Where Is” basis. There are no warranties with respect to the goods, either expressed or implied, including any implied warranties and conditions of quality or fitness for a particular purpose.
All sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges or retraction of bids.
We are asking everyone to book an appointment when you have selected to pick-up. Appointments can be booked on our website at https://www.first-choiceauctions.ca/pick-up/
Doing so allows us to have your items ready for pick-up starting on the Tuesday following the the auction.

In the event of an electronic failure, for any reason during the sale, all items that have sold will be due and payable at the time of failure. If the failure can not be resolved within a reasonable amount of time, First-Choice Auctions Ltd. has the right to cancel the auction and relist remaining items at a later date.
First-Choice Auctions Ltd. is not responsible for any claims, demands or actions of any nature that may by suffered by the buyer, the buyer’s employees, subcontractors or agents, in relation to the goods including the sale, handling, removal, use, dismantling, decontamination or destruction of the goods.
The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless First-Choice Auctions Ltd. and its employees and agents from and against any and all claims, losses, expenses, damage or liability directly or indirectly caused by or resulting from an act, including the negligent acts or omissions of First-Choice Auctions Ltd. or anyone acting in his/her behalf in connection with or arising out of auction.

When making appointments please use same name as your bidder registration. If someone else is picking up for you, please use same name as bidder registration AND full name of pick up person.
Please pick up items within 5 days of conclusion of auction sale. First-Choice Auctions Ltd. understands there may be a rare occasion when a buyer cannot meet the pick-up appointment. If this is the case the buyer MUST contact First-Choice Auctions Ltd. before their appointment time via email (pick-up@first-choiceauctions.ca) or phone (1-825-202-0444) to make other arrangements.
Items not claimed/picked-up within 5 days of auction conclusion, or without an above arrangement, will be considered abandoned. The buyer forfeits all money paid and/or the goods to First-Choice Auctions Ltd. to cover cost of advertising, handling, and storage.
