1) Overall length 38 1/4". Blade length 30 5/8". Plain quill-back blade marked at the ricasso “(king’s head) (knight’s head) W.K & C” & “LIMBACHER AUGSBURG”. Gilded brass hilt with a Bavarian coat of arms in the guard. Lion head pommel with plain backstrap. Wire wrapped composite grip with red Moroccan leather backed silver bullion sword knot attached. Black enameled iron scabbard. This sword includes an officer’s waist belt in plain black leather with a single sword strap and plain rectangular buckle. CONDITION: blade has a light gray patina. Traces of gilding remain on the hilt. Grip is 100%. Knot shows light wear and is quite impressive. Scabbard shows scattered scratches but no dents. Belt shows light overall wear. 2) Overall length 38 1/2". Blade length 32". Single fullered blade etched on one side with various foliate, military & geometric motifs. The other side is engraved with a large panel with a darkened background that reads “2.Hannov. Ulanen = Reg. NR.14 PENINSULA. WATERLOO. GARZIA-HERNANDEZ.”. 2 Smaller darkened panels flank the inscription, one featuring a mounted soldier, the other a horse’s head. Plated hilt with Prussian type eagle pierced in the guard. Composite ribbed grip. Darkened iron scabbard. CONDITION: blade shows substantial original factory polish. Hilt shows light wear. Scabbard shows a few scattered spots of oxidation. 3) Overall length 39". Blade length 33". Single fullered blade etched on one side with various foliate & geometric motifs with a large central panel featuring a cannon being drawn by 6 horses. The other side of the blade also has foliate & geometric etching with a darkened profile & ribbon that reads “Zurerinnerung an meine Dienstzeit.”. Plated reverse P hilt with spade languets on both sides and bird’s head pommel. Wire wrapped composite grip with ears on both sides. Black enameled iron scabbard. CONDITION: blade shows original factory polish. Hilt shows very light wear. Scabbard retains nearly all of its original finish, but shows one significant dent.
