An additional 30% has been taken off all items in this auction. Auction hi-lights Spode and Cuthbertson fine china, many are still NIB, many still have original store tags. The rest are in like new condition with minimal wear.

Lot #200-213 have noticeable defects. There are no chips, cracks or breaks. Things that you will notice: gold on rims is poor or missing, design is faded, crazing etc.
This 5 piece chalk village comes complete with 3 building an 2 Lemax Christmas village accessories figurines. Building include a 1.5 story Victorian, Bakery and a Happy Holidays corner market. The figurines include a women street vendor w/fresh veg. and Papa with baskets full of goodies and a wreath. In used very good condition NOTE: the Victorian has some minor damage (see images for details)

NOTE: Shipping for over-sized items or over-weight items that TSAS will not ship can now be shipped by buyer using www.uship.com.
If you purchase a large item or over-weight item and wish to use U-ship, it is the sole responsibility of the buy to make all arrangements for shipping and pick-up of the item/items. TEXAS STATE AUCTION SERVICES RULES AND PROCEDURES FOR ON-LINE AUCTION
1. GENERAL: Items are offered for sale by Texas State Auction Services, identified herein as "TSAS". However, a third-party web site provider, an online auction services contractor, is utilized. Those submitting bids are identified herein as "bidder(s)" or "buyer(s)". Please read auction details in full as this is a binding legal contract.
2. ELIGIBILITY:
A: A buyer must be a minimum of 18 years old and legally able to form
binding contracts as a buyer in an auction.
B: A bidder must have an active email address to receive bills and receipts.
C: A bidder must have an active credit card on file to pay for winning bids.
3. VIEWING: Typically, the first Wednesday after the start of an auction unless otherwise specified. Buyers may view auction items at TSAS place of business located at Watson & Taylor Office/Warehouse, (Suite 401), 15502 Old Galveston Rd., HWY 3, Webster, Texas 77598 unless otherwise stated on the auction website. Due to liability reasons, no children, and only two (2) adult customers at a time, are allowed in the warehouse. Auction preview is limited to items available for sale during the next 30 days.
4. INSPECTION: It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the property that is up for auction. Prospective bidders are encouraged to inspect the property prior to bidding, and to place bids based solely on their personal inspection and evaluation. Prospective bidders will not be allowed to test, operate or disassemble any item featured in an auction.
5. WARRANTY: All items are sold, as is, where is and with all faults, if any. TSAS disclaims all warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, as to the condition, quality, completeness or fitness for any particular or general purpose or compliance to safety regulations of the equipment being sold. Descriptions of items appearing in this online auction are believed to be correct. However, neither those descriptions, nor any oral statements made concerning any item, shall be considered as a warranty, expressed or implied.
TSAS OFFERS NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES. DETERMINATION OF CONDTION, FUNCTION, AND PERCEIVED OR ASSUMED VALUE IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER.
6. OWNERSHIP: At the end of the auction, the highest bidder has entered into a binding contract with the TSAS. The buyer is obligated to pay the price bid, plus 18% buyer's premium and sales tax. Placing the winning bid, but not paying for the product, is illegal in most states, and may result in prosecution. The winning bid cannot be retracted, all sales are final.
Awarded items must be removed from TSAS on the pick-up day specified for this auction and in the specified period, unless other arrangements have been made. (If you live more than 50 miles from Webster, TX we will automatically prepare the item/items for shipping). However, no property may be claimed or removed from TSAS warehouse without your printed invoice and proper ID. If unclaimed by winning bidder/bidders, TSAS reserves the right to re-auction or award the item to the next highest bidder.
Bidders that fail to claim, pay for, and remove auction items from TSAS premises by 7:00 pm on designated pick-up day, shall forfeit their rights to the auction item, and be declared as a default bidder/bidders. TSAS may ban a default bidder from participating in future online auction events. If one item goes into default, all items won by the bidder go into default and are subject to resale. (More than 50 miles from Webster, TX will be shipped unless you notify us with different instructions within 24 hours of the auction end. Your card on file will be charged twice, once for the item, BP & tax. The second charge placed on your card will be for shipping & packing supplies. Both charges must clear before your package ships.)If your payment for the item/items cleared, but the charge for shipping does not. You will have 72 hours to correct this issue. The buyer, its predecessors, successors and assigns hereby release, relinquish and discharge TSAS, its former, present and future agents, employees, officers, officials and legal representatives (collectively known as "TSAS") from any liability arising out of the sale and/or concurrent negligence of TSAS for any injury, including death or damage to persons or property, where such damage is sustained in connection with, or arising out of, the sale auction items.
12. LIABILITY: Items are offered for sale using the services and web site of the online auction services contractor. Under no circumstances will the TSAS be liable to any person or business entity for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or other damages or losses based on, or caused by, any use of the auction web site, or any other web site to which the site is linked, the content of such web sites, or any viruses or other harmful components derived from any such web sites, including, without limitation, any lost profits, revenue, or use, business interruption, or loss of computer programs or information. TSAS strives to make the online auction system as accurate as possible. However, errors and equipment malfunctions are possible and may occur without notice. In case of malfunctions of hardware or software, TSAS reserves the right to cancel any sale, even if an award notification e-mail has been received.
