TERMS & CLOSING: Each purchaser or winning bidder shall make a down payment at the conclusion of the auction of 15% of the purchase price in the form of cash, certified check, cashier's check, or good personal check secured by purchaser's personal demand note payable to the Auctioneer. Balance to be paid for a general or trustee’s special warranty deed and insurable title on or before 30 days. Internet bidders will pay a convenience fee of $525.00 per property they purchase in addition to the contract selling price for the real estate or the business. And there is a 10% Buyer's premium will be for the asset they are buying. For Bidding approval, bidders must make advance deposit of $5000.00 in good funds in Auctioneer's Escrow account to receive bidding permission approval.
