1. Condition of Vehicles: All vehicles are sold "as-is, where is" with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied.
2. Bidding Approval: To participate in online bidding, a $500.00 deposit must be submitted to the office for approval.
3. Payment and Removal: Vehicles must be paid for and removed by 3 pm on the day following the auction.
4. Deposit Forfeiture: The buyer's deposit will be forfeited if not claimed within one business day after the auction. Additionally, a late/storage fee of $50/day will apply in such cases.
5. Risk and Liability: Kardona Auto Auction will not recognize any claims for theft or damage to vehicles after the sale. Once the sale is complete, any vehicles remaining on our lot will be at the buyer's own risk.
6. TMU for Older Vehicles: All vehicles aged 10 years and older are sold as TMU (True Mileage Unknown).
7. DMV and Emission Fees: The buyer assumes responsibility for all DMV and Emission Fees. Furthermore, any emission-related repairs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
