Cash day of Auction – Bank letter of guarantee required made to Robert L. Blackford Auctioneers for March 18, 2006 auction with personal or company check. Complete settlement sale day.
Complete payment day of auction by cash, certified funds, cashier’s check or check w/ irrevocable guaranteed letter of credit from bank made to Blackford Real Estate and Auction Co. Immediate possession of all equipment upon proper settlement. All vehicles & equipment are being sold on an as-is basis. No warranties or representations of any kind as to the condition of these items are either implied or intended. Titles to vehicles will be mailed upon funds clearing.
