Coin finished action fully engraved with floral designs and game scenes: Left side: group of pheasants in a woodland setting, right side: group of ducks in a woodland pond. Underside shows a pair of pigeons in flight and a pair of hares. Engraving signed by V. Missen. Ejectors. Single selective trigger. Non-automatic safety. Gold plated trigger. Long tang. Finely checkered semi-pistolgrip stock of highly figured walnut with a round knob. Silver's type recoil pad. Gold oval with the initials: JFK. Finely checkered standard size fore-end. Gun dates to 1961. Maker's trunk case with a brown synthetic covering. Fleece interior. Rounded corners. Two brass locks. Plastic handle. Data: Barrel Dimensions: Bores: 0.611/0.611 inches. Excellent bright bores. Satin finished stock shows a very few light marks. Satin finished fore-end shows a couple of light marks. The satin finish, the recoil pad and oval are likely later additions. Case in excellent condition, interior shows some light impressions.
