Purchaser/bidder shall remove all items from auction site within 5 days after auction.
18. Any lots not removed within the prescribed time shall be subject to storage, moving, disposal and service charges at the sole risk and expense of the purchaser. All such lots shall be deemed as abandoned and shall be subject to resale for the recovery of such charges. The purchaser shall also be liable for any rent or damages sustained by the auctioneer for failure to remove any lot.

1. Live auctions will be subject to a 5% buyers premium; Internet & absentee bidder purchases will be subject to a 10% buyer’s premium (unless otherwise noted).
2. Online bidding during the Live Auction is a fast process, and therefore there is no confirmation given - bids will be taken immediately and are irrevocable. You should make sure that your absentee bids are sufficient to purchase the items that you truly want to purchase.
3. The highest bidder shall be the purchaser upon the completion of bid verification. Bid verification will commence upon the conclusion of a live auction and may last 48 hours. All winning bidders shall be notified by email within the 48 hour bid verification period.
4. No bidder shall retract their bid. In the event of a dispute between two or more bidders, the auctioneer, at his sole discretion may put the lot up for resale to the highest bidder.
5. A bidder is deemed to have accepted an item when making a bid.
6. The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any lot at any time prior to the time of sale of such lot.
7. The auctioneer reserves the right not to accept any bid which is only a partial advance over the preceding bid.
8. The auctioneer may break down or consolidate any lot or lots at his sole discretion.
9. Auctioneers Ken & Bonnie Jackson, Inc. assumes no responsibility for any liability once a bid is accepted. It is recommended that purchasers arrange insurance for their purchases in advance.
10. Except as set out herein, there shall be no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise of any nature.
