Auctioneer is offering property for sale at public auction as agent for the Seller.
As Is: All property is sold “as is”, without warranty expressed or implied. Inspect items before you buy. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. While descriptions and conditions are believed to be accurate, there are no guarantees given and no allowances will be made for error, defect, unsuitability or damage. Buyer assumes full responsibility and risk of loss immediately upon being declared high bidder.
Payment: All purchases must be paid in full before leaving the auction grounds. Payment must be made by cash, approved check, or credit card. All sales are subject to sales tax. Online bidders must make automated payment arrangements when registering.
Removal: All item purchased must be removed or make arrangement for removal within two business days after the day of sale. If items have not been removed or arrangement for removal made with the Auctioneer within this time, the items may be resold and may be subject storage and handling expenses. No refunds will be paid. Auctioneers may facilitate employment of carriers and packers, but assumes no responsibility for their actions.
Bidding/winning bid: No person may bid on any item without a registered buyer’s number. Auctioneer will determine the advance of the bidding and maintains sole authority to resolve disputes. Consignors or their agents may not bid on their consignment. Only in the case of lots where there may be a reserve, the Auctioneer shall have the right to bid on behalf of the consignor. The buyer shall be the highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer.
Neither Auctioneers nor Seller shall be liable for any personal injury, or property damage on the premises of sale.
