All lots can be picked up Saturday, September 19th 2026 Excluding lot {430} the pontoon boat at 1195 Lansdowne Dr. Coquitlam BC from 12-5pm.
Lots # 500-560 will be offered for pick up Sunday, September 20th from 12 pm - 5pm at 3850 boundary Rd. Chilliwack, BC. This again will only be for lots 500-560.

Shipping MAYBE possible except the big items such as lot 501 or anything over 50lbs.

All costs and responsibilities of removal shall be borne by the purchaser/bidder within the time prescribed by the auctioneer. The purchaser/bidder herby indemnifies the auctioneer and the vendor against any and all damages arising from the dismantling and removal of any lots.
Any lots not removed within the prescribed time shall be deemed as abandoned. The auctioneer shall have the right to resell or dispose of such items in whatever manner hes sees fit without notice to the purchaser.

If for any reason, High Heat is unable to deliver any or all of an awarded lot or title thereof, the sole liability of High Heat shall be the refund of any monies paid on the lot.
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to remove their items within the prescribed time. High Heat will NOT provide any delivery or transport of any nature for auction items.
