19th-century Scottish dagger with ornate sterling silver mountings set with large topaz jeweled accents with traditional carved wood grips on large dagger and trusse (knife and fork) set which match the dagger. Measures 15 ¼” overall and the blade is 10”. The condition is good to very good and completely uncleaned. Although unmarked the mountings are silver and the sheath is good with some minor cracking and small losses. A very attractive dagger with good quality silver work and carving probably made on custom order using client’s own silver not requiring hallmarks. Est.: $2,000-$4,000.
