Vehicles can picked up within 5 business days from the Fleet Services yard. Warehouse items need to be picked up by Saturday at 5:00PM after the auction.

The purchaser assumes all responsibility for removal of items from the premises. Items for which full payment is not received by completion of sale and items not removed within a specified time stated, “WILL” be disposed of as the County sees fit.
Employees and Officers of Hanover County, the Hanover County School Board, Hanover County Constitutional Officers, the Pamunkey Regional Jail Authority, Court Services, Hanover County Courts and the Department of Social Services and their immediate families are not allowed to buy items at the County Surplus Property Auctions.”
