On the back inside collar is a blank "CCM" "Made in Canada" collar tag. Next to this is the size "54" flag tag. Above this is the "Center Ice" tag. On the front is the large "Eastern Conference" logo patch embroidered in white, black, silver, and orange on teal tackle twill. On the back and on both sleeves is the player number "22" in black on grey tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "KUDELSKI" in black on grey tackle twill on a teal name plate. On each shoulder above the number is the "1994 All-Star Game" logo patch. On the lower right back is the "CCM" logo embroidered in black and white. On the inside back is the original fight strap. There is an autograph on the back of the jersey in black marker and rates a 9. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. Accompanied by a LOA from Milt Byron. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
