Announced Terms supersede all written ones. Just because you register late or choose not to listen to the terms is no excuse. You, when receiving a Bid #, are agreeing to all the Terms and Conditions in their entirety; announced and written.
1. YOU ARE ATTENDING THIS AUCTION AT YOUR OWN RISK. Neither the Auctioneer,
nor the Seller assume any responsibility for you while you're on these premises.
2. You must have a Bidders # to bid on any item today.
3. This list is provided for your convenience and mistakes in typing do occur. It is up to
you the buyer during the specified inspection time to determine all aspects and
condition of the item you're bidding on. All items are sold "AS-IS-WHERE-IS." No
Guarantee or Warranty is expressed or implied. The auctioneer in no way is
guaranteeing the descriptions, year, make model or usefulness of any of the lots
specified. Descriptions given us were deemed from reliable sources and therefore
used. Absolutely NO Refunds or Exchanges for any reason will be given.
4. Please do not attempt to remove any items without a PAID INVOICE. If you take the
wrong item-you are responsible for getting it to its rightful owner. Be sure your
truck driver has a copy of the invoice with him.
5. ALL items MUST be paid for in full IMMEDIATELY following the sale. Internet buyers
by the close of business Monday via Bank Wire Transfer. If a buyer fails to make
payment in full immediately following the close of the auction, the auctioneer may, at
his discretion, resell such property at public or private sale and the original bidder
shall be required to pay any loss incurred therein, including attorney's fees and
court costs as set out in Chapter 2 of the Texas Business and CommerceCode.
