For your consideration is this Spanish Peaks Brewery metal advertising sign from Bozeman, Montana circa 1990-2000. In the middle of the 1990s, Mark Taverniti established Spanish Peaks in Bozeman, Montana, with a well-liked restaurant and microbrewery on North 19th Avenue. In the fall of 2000, the restaurant was relocated to East Main Street and opened in the American Bank structure. The eatery offered its famous Spanish Peaks Black Dog ales along with wood-fired pizza, pasta, and other dishes.
In 2003 the brewery closed unexpectedly. This sign shows a black lab dog holding a bottle of Black Dog Ale in his mouth as he looks towards the viewer. The sign reads, "Spanish Peaks Brewery / Bozeman, Montana • King City, Monterey Co., California / No Whiners / Makers Of Fine Ales, Lagers, Ciders & Cigars". The sign is brand new and shows no signs of wear or damage. The sign measures 23 1/2" L x 17 1/2" W.
