The manufacturers tags in the neck of the jersey has been worn out. Across the front of the jersey is "HULA BOWL". Below on the front and on the back is the player number "1". Across the back of the jersey is the player name "CARTER". All lettering and numbering is done in white tackle twill. On the left sleeve is the "HULA BOWL HAWAII" patch. The jersey is autographed on front in black marker and rates a 9. There are no manufacturers tags in the white pants with blue and red stripes on each side. Also, included is a plastic blue orchid lei that was given to Anthony Carter at the game. The jersey and pants show game-use and appear to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA. Also accompanied by a Carter LOA and a photomatch of Carter wearing the jersey.
