On the front left tail of the jersey is the "CHAMPION" manufacturer's tag with jersey size "L" and wash instructions on it. On the front, back, and each sleeve of the jersey is the player number "5" in white screen print. Across the back of the jersey is "LEAHY" in white screen print on a green name plate. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
