The lot features a 1965 Chevrolet C10 pickup truck in a long wheel base fleetside long bed package. The Chevy C10 truck features a Muncie Saginaw SM420 four speed synchronized manual transmissions with stick on the floor matted to the original inline-6 235 CID __L Chevy Bowtie engine with two-barrel carburetor. This truck is considered the first generation of Chevrolet C10 trucks (1960-1966) available in smooth “Fleetside” or fendered “Stepside” versions. These trucks combine both the sweeping lines of early Americana vehicles with a more structured design and are increasingly desired. The truck does not currently run, but the transmission shifts into each gear well and the engine turns free. The truck is mostly complete with the original rare cross member and original rear end. This year truck, according to Hot Rod Magazine and Motor Trend, is becoming very scarce and highly desired and in their advice “buy one when you see one”. The truck is sold with a clear Montana title and will roll onto a trailer for transport. The truck includes a few rare pieces including the good engine, clean dash, and the rare original dash gauge cluster. VIN#: ___. Engine Block Number: __.
