The flannel jersey has the "Wilson" label with the size "40" on the left front tail. Attached below is the wash instructions tag with the year "1957" felt strip tag below chain stitch in red. In the collar of the jersey is a white felt strip tag with "Willey C" chain stitch in red. Across the front of the jersey is the name "Braves" in script style letters made of red on black felt. Below this is the Braves "Tomahawk". Below on the left and on the back of the jersey is the player number "29" in red on black felt. On the left sleeve is the Braves multicolored "Indian Head" patch. There is a metal zipper going down the middle of the front of the jersey. The jersey has a team repairs on back. Included with the uniform are pants. Inside the front waistband is the "Wilson" label with the size "38" and attached is the wash instructions tag. In the back waistband of the pants is a white felt strip tag with "Willey C" chain stitch in red. The jersey was manufactured in 1957 but worn during the 1958 season. The jersey and pants show nice game-use and appear to have no alterations of any kind.
