This is an exceptionally rare 1947 Indian Chief Roadster Motorcycle in partially restored condition. The piece shows a 1200cc 42 degree V-Twin air cooled side-valve engine. The piece is an Indian Chief Roadster in Jet-Black with the deluxe Indian leather saddle bags and deluxe chrome finishes. The piece has a VIN# of CDG9278B dating this to circa 1947. The piece shows the dual twin chromed spotlight headlights with the larger center headlight, original leather seat with back fringe. This is a right hand throttle piece with fender rack, and original Indian emblems on both sides. The piece appears to be in all original condition and is in partially restored condition (has not been tested for running condition). The motorcycle also comes with two boxes of various parts and original marked Indian tools. This is on the the most classic American Motorcycles and is highly collectible. Sold with bill of sale.
