While this set is labeled “1927 Model” like most cars it was actually sold in October 1926. It is the best preserved and most unusual antique radio I have ever seen. Its crinkle finish blue and orange paint, silver lettering, chrome trim, removable tube caps and absolutely unique shape make it one of the most striking radios produced in the 1920s. It is kept in its original box and is in near mint condition. In 1981 it was entered in the joint show and convention held by the Antique Wireless Association and Vintage Radio And Phonograph Society. It won “BEST OF SHOW”. It has 6 good filament O1A tubes and worked perfectly when last tested

A buyers premium of 5% will be added to the sale price of all local (in house sales). If sold to through the internet, a 10% buyers premium will be accessed.
Payment must be secured before goods are removed. All items must be removed day of sale unless prior agreement with auctioneer. Buyers may pay using cash, personal check with appropriate identification, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
Packaging and shipping agreements will be between the buyer and either the on-site shipper or a shipper selected by the buyer.
Texas sales tax of 8.25% will be collected on all local sales and on those internet sales to buyers in the state of Texas.
Tubes shown in photographs were used for display only, unless stated otherwise, radios will be sold without tubes. Several batches of tubes will be sold separately.
