Purchases will be packaged up after the auction and shipped via Canada Post on either Monday or Tuesday. Please contact us via email (wendy@clydeauctioneering.com) or call 780-348-5414 prior to the auction if you wish to arrange alternate shipping. Shipping & Handling Charges will be charged to your credit card, or, if payment is by e-transfer, you will be contacted with shipping amount. All packages shipped via Canada Post come with $100 insurance - if your purchases exceed this amount you must let us know immediately after the auction if you wish to have additional insurance coverage. Additional charges will then be applied.

Terms: Cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard, Letter of Credit or Bank Draft. Nothing is shipped until paid for in full. A 15% Buyers Fee will be charged on all purchases. GST will apply to applicable purchases.
All items are sold “As Is, Where is” and lie at the Purchaser’s risk.
The items have been displayed and each Purchaser shall be held to have satisfied themselves as to the condition, identity, and authenticity and shall not be entitled to make any objection after the sale, whatsoever.
The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and shall control the bidding at all times.
In case of dispute, the Auctioneer’s decision shall be final.
All merchandise must be paid for on the day of the auction.
N.S.F. cheques or stoppage of payment will be turned over to legal authorities and all costs will lie at the Purchaser’s expense.
All bidders are bound by their signature on the Bidder’s Registration Contract.
Purchases become the sole responsibility of the Purchaser immediately after bidding ceases.
I (we), the Bidder, agree to assign any or all properties, goods, or chattels to the selling agent (or Auction Company) under the Personal Properties Securities Act in order that they may recover any monies owing against purchases whether arising from N.S.F. cheques, unpaid purchases to my Bid Number, or uncleared credit cards plus ALL incurred costs to recover funds.
All advertising is a guide only. Buyers must satisfy themselves as to the condition, identity and authenticity of items prior to bidding and shall not make objections after the auction.

Firearms Online Registrations will remain 'Pending' until a copy of your Possession Acquisition License (both sides) & Driver's License are either scanned and emailed to wendy@clydeauctioneering.com or faxed to 780-348-5959. We also require your Birth Date, Birth Place, Gun Club (if purchasing a Restricted or Prohib Firearm) and Physical Location (if rural - Legal Land Description).
