The blue colors in the enamel just shimmer, green border, floral motif, some refer to these as foil back cloisonne pieces, unusual shape, will accept a belt size just under 1 1/2" wide. 3" long by 2 1/4" wide, no doubt old, probably Chinese, excellent condition and very much Art Deco. There is a real hint of mystery with this piece. Easily 1920s, Art Deco.

Fourth: Shipping. We will try and work with you on shipping. On small objects, we can pack them here with bubble wrap and UPS ship to you. Be forewarned, UPS charges extra to deliver to residences , and now with fuel charges up, surcharges are in effect. If is not possible to quote an exact rate until the item or items are boxed and weighed, or dimensional weight is determined. We will be glad to take a guess as to shipping, but no guarantees can be made that this will be the final amount.
