1860 Henry rifle .44 caliber rimfire engraved in Hogdson style with select burl wood stock. Serial #5050. The barrel shows a dark brown patina with scattered light to moderate pitting and erosion and good barrel address. The patina on the site matches the barrel. The frame shows traces of silver and protected areas and good edges with a medium patina. The stock shows some opening in the grain, small cracks and even wear but is atleast good to very good. The butt plate and stock are matching , one (1) screw is matching, one (1) is not matching and two (2) are replacements. Butt plate shows original silver plate on its interior. The action isgood. The bore is fair to good. A decent original engraved Henry that shows some period use. Est.; $25,000-$50,000
