1849 Colt pocket model revolver, .31 caliber percussion, 4” barrel, blue and case hardened finish, varnish wood grips, two-line New York Address, varnish wood grips, serial #106263. The revolver remains in near fine original condition showing 75-85% original blue on barrel, drifting on high points and edges. Some minor scratches, and just beginning light age. The cylinder shows virtually all its cylinder scene, and 60-70% thinning original blue with an index line between the cylinder stops. The frame shows 40-60% case hardening going slightly grey and a like amount on the hammer and loading lever. The varnish wood grips are near fine with 90% varnish, some losses and wear at the edges, minor marks, normal aging. The backstrap and trigger guard show 90% plus darkened original silver plate. The markings are sharp, the edges are crisp, the interior bright and near excellent. All matching visible serial numbers. A crisp and unabused ’49. Est: $1,250 - 2500

Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries. International buyers agree to pay all cost incurred including all shipping, insurance, exporter fees, all custom and duty fees associated with shipment. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
