Previewing Details:
Preview takes place at the auction location from 9:00 am – SALE START on the auction sale date and from 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm the night before the auction.

The successful bidder is responsible for all shipping and handling fees.
The shipping process will begin once all payments are finalized.

All successful bidders have entered into a contract and are obliged to pay for all successfully awarded items in full within 24 hours upon receipt of winning notification email.
We DO NOT accept Visa or MasterCard over the phone or internet. If you cannot come to the auction location in Port Coquitlam, BC, you must contact Cotton Auctions and Appraisals at 604-474-0688 to make arrangements for payment.
18% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the subtotal of the winning bid amount, plus, 5% GST and 7% PST. For example: Winning Bid $100.00 + 18% Buyers premium = $118.00 + 5% GST ($5.90) + 7% PST ($8.26) = Total purchase price $132.16
There is a 3% discount on the Buyer’s Premium for paying by Cash, Debit, or E-Transfer.
The successful bidder has until 12:00 noon on the Friday following the Tuesday auction to pay in full for and pick up the items won at auction or make alternate arrangements with Cotton Auctions, 102-1525 Broadway Street, Port Coquitlam, BC.
Otherwise, the bidder's credit card which was registered and approved for bidding for that auction will be charged for the full invoice.

All items are sold "As Is-Where Is" with no guarantees, warranties, refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
Catalogues are prepared only as a guide. No sale shall be invalidated for any reason or by defect or inaccuracy of description in the catalogue or otherwise.

The auctioneer reserves the right to not accept any bid which is only a partial advance over the preceding bid.
