All Items MUST be paid for within 24 hours upon receipt/invoice email of winning an item. Successful bidders have entered a contractual obligation to pickup their item(s) within the specified pickup times.
Winning bidders are not entitled to possession of items until the invoice owing has been paid for in FULL. A 15% buyers premium is applied to the total winning bid amount, in addition to applicable sales taxes (5% GST and 7% PST). Winning bidders have until the absolute latest of the Wednesday following the Sunday Auction to pickup their item(s). Any items not picked up by Wednesday following the Sunday auction will be deemed abandoned/forfeited. Consistent non-pickups will result in a ban from our auctions moving forward.

If bidders fail to pickup, the items are then deemed abandoned/forfeited and become the property of Peak Auctions for removal/disposal. This is a contractual agreement which YOU the bidder signed up to prior to bidding. We do not issue refunds for items left abandoned/forfeited by buyers.
