All successful bidders have entered into a contract and are obliged to pay for all successfully awarded items in full within 24 hours upon receipt of winning notification email.
We DO NOT accept Visa or MasterCard over the phone or internet. If you cannot come to the auction location in Port Coquitlam, BC, you must contact Cotton Auctions and Appraisals at 604-474-0688 to make arrangements for payment.
18% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the subtotal of the winning bid amount, plus, 5% GST and 7% PST. For example: Winning Bid $100.00 + 18% Buyers premium = $118.00 + 5% GST ($5.90) + 7% PST ($8.26) = Total purchase price $132.16
There is a 3% discount on the Buyer’s Premium for paying by Cash or Debit.
The successful bidder has until 1:00 pm on the Friday following the Tuesday auction to pay in full for and pick up
the items won at auction or make alternate arrangements with Cotton Auctions, 102-1525 Broadway Street, Port Coquitlam, BC.
Otherwise, the bidder's credit card which was registered and approved for bidding for that auction will be charged for the full invoice.
