20% AT POINT OF SALE
A 20% non-refundable down payment deposit of final purchase price due day of sale, immediately following the auction event. 5% Buyer Premium added to final bid price. These funds shall be wire transferred to the Clear Vision Enterprises Account at the Bank of America on Pech Rd. in Houston, TX. Specific routing numbers and details will be given to the winning bidder immediately following the auction event. Buyer shall obtain own financing and provide the balance of the full purchase price and Seller shall provide merchantable title to the Buyer at the time of closing, within approximately 30 days, according to the Terms and Conditions of the purchase contract. Possession to be handed over at closing. No contingencies on financing, appraisals, HOA doc approval, inspections, etc. If bidder cannot obtain own financing within those 30 days, buyer unconditionally agrees to seller financing the balance at a 13% interest rate over a 15 year period with no prepayment penalties.
