No guarantee as to the accuracy of description is made. Merchandise does not constitute any warranty or guarantee. RRE highly recommends that the purchaser preview all merchandise to determine the actual condition. Merchandise may be previewed on MONDAY APRIL 8 & TUESDAY APRIL 9, 2013 from 9:00am to 4:00pm.
Minimum bid requirement of $100.00 per lot effective December 11, 2008. Bids under $100.00 will not be accepted. All bids must be submitted in whole dollar increments only. In the event of tie bids the bidder who first submitted the bid to our office will be the winning recipient. Faxed or emailed bids must be received by TUESDAY APRIL 9, 2013. All bids must be in no later than 5:00p.m. Successful bidders will be notified by 12:00 PM ON WEDNESDAY APRIL 10, 2013.

Final payment of purchase shall be made no later than THURSDAY, APRIL 11, 2013 with no exceptions. Failure to comply will result in automatic forfeiture of ALL deposited funds and cancellation of ALL purchases. Payment is due in full by wire transfer or certified funds (Cashier’s check or Money order) made only by straight deposit into a Wells Fargo Bank, payable to Rod Robertson Enterprises (NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED).
Merchandise must be removed from sales area no later than FRIDAY, APRIL 12, 2013. All merchandise will be given 3 days of free storage beginning the day of the auction. All merchandise must be removed from the storage facility by 4pm on the 3rd day to avoid occurring storage fees. After the 3rd day the buyer will be given 7 days of storage at the discounted rate of $5.00 per day per lot. Merchandise not picked up within 10 days will be subject to the standard commercial rates of $20 per day on merchandise left in RRE custody. Merchandise will not be released until full payments are verified. Only original purchaser or representative with authorization letter and valid photo identification will be permitted to remove merchandise from sale area.
